Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this latest image release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying various areas of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
